Gotham Knights Timed Strike With Red Hood Explained
The Gotham Knights Red Hood Timed Strike seems to be causing some frustrations among the player base. There’s a good reason for this; Red Hood’s Timed Strike works different than with other characters. If you go off what you learned with the others, you’re gonna have a bad time. Fortunately, there is a way to make the while thing much easier. Here’s what you need to do.
How to Do Timed Strike With Red Hood in Gotham Knights
To do the Gotham Knights Red Hood Timed Strike, we strongly recommend going for the Triangle attack on PlayStation / Y attack on Xbox / Q attack on PC if you’re using the keyboard. The reason for this is because it gives you a little more leeway when it comes to precision. Every other character has to contend with melee attacks, in which case you really need to get the timing right. Red Hood’s guns actually can be an advantage. Why this attack in particular? Because you can kinda mash the button and beat the challenge that way. Mashing is a big no-no in melee Timed Strikes, but not so much with the guns. Let’s break it down a little more.
In order perform this particular move in the Red Hood Gotham Knights Timed Strike training, you need to first press Triangle (or whatever your equivalent is) and then double-tap Triangle just as the first bullet is about to hit. So, a little bit of mashing can actually be of help. It will still take some practice, but you’ll get it down eventually. You can also pull this off by using a regular attack once and then double-tapping Triangle as the second attack. However, I feel like going full Triangle is the best way to go about it. Again, this is a training exercise, so you’ll still not likely to get it on the first try, but you should also be able to at least brute-force your way through.
