In order to evolve Cosmog into Cosmoem in Pokemon GO, all you need to do is collect twenty-five Cosmog Candy and go through the evolution. That’s it. From there, just evolve it as you would any other Pokemon. Just in case you need a refresher: tap the Poke Ball at the bottom of the game’s main screen. Next, select Pokemon to access your storage. Find Cosmog in there (the search bar should prove very helpful) and tap it. Slide the “Evolve” slider to the right, and you’re done. If you only see the “Power Up” slider, close the application fully and the restart. That should be enough to fix the problem. You might run into the bug because Cosmoem has only just arrived to the game in the Evolving Stars event.
