NBA 2K23 Claymore Badge Explained
NBA 2K23 has been released and with it comes the usual assortment of new things that are typical of every new NBA 2K installment. One element that hasn’t been changed too much are the Badges. These represent attributes that your player can acquire, and impact their abilities and personality. One of these is the Claymore Badge. If you are wondering what this badge does and how to obtain it, we are going to cover all of that and more in our in-depth NBA 2K23 Claymore Badge Explained guide.
What Does the NBA 2K23 Claymore Badge Do?
To quote the in-game description for the Claymore Badge, it: “Increases the ability to knock down perimeter shots when spotting up patiently.” I’m sure that we don’t need to point out that, because of these advantages, this is a very useful badge to have. In the next section, we’re going to go over how you can get it.
How to Get the NBA 2K23 Claymore Badge?
The first way to get this badge is to spot up and not to move for two seconds and to then pass the ball, successfully catch it, and shoot and score it. If you have met all of these criteria, the Claymore Badge will pop up in the upper left corner of the screen. The second method is very similar to the first one. The only difference is that, instead of a good catch, you can catch it very poorly (but still successfully, of course). If you have done all of these properly, the Claymore Badge should still pop up for you. Finally, the third method involves spotting up for two seconds without moving, passing and catching the ball, and to wait and shoot within those two seconds of waiting. Again, if you have done this correctly, the Claymore Badge will pop up.
