How to Unlock Hao’s Special Works in GTA 5

To unlock Hao’s Special Works in GTA 5, you’re gonna have to complete a few steps. First off, hop into the GTA V Online and wander around Los Santos for a while until you get a call from Hao. After that happens, head over to his garage on Vinewood Blvd. Lift the shutter and watch the cutscene. The next step is to complete the time trial, which requires you to get to Cypress Flats in eight minutes and ten seconds. That shouldn’t be too much of a challenge; the game is unusually gracious with the time limit. Head to the Los Santos Car Meet, which is near Cypress Flats and by your membership from Mimi if you don’t have one already.

And there you have it, that’s how you unlock Hao’s Special Works in GTA 5. All you need to do at that point is get one of the cars that Hao is willing to work on, drive them over to the LS Car Meet, and just sit in your vehicle to bring up the menu. Hit right on your d-pad to bring up the Mod Vehicle menu. Choose whatever upgrades you want, and come back whenever you want more. As we’ve just implied, the list of cars Hao will upgrade for you is restricted; in fact, only nine cars need apply, five of which are brand new and are only for next-gen consoles. Here’s a full list.
