The Elden Ring Maiden Blood location will come into play as you do quests for White-Faced Varre. You basically have to soak a piece of cloth in the blood of a dead maiden in order to proceed. How to Get Maiden’s Blood for Varre in Elden Ring

To get Maiden’s Blood for Varre in Elden Ring, you can go to any dead maiden location in the game. The closest one is in the Church of Inhibition, which you can find in the northeast of the giant lake in Liurnia of the Lakes. You can check out the map below to see exactly where it is. Near the site of grace next to the large statue, you’ll see a dead maiden slumped in a chair, leaning on a chunk of a pillar. Approach her and use the “switch action” option in the bottom of the screen to “dye cloth with maiden’s blood.” Before you leave, though, switch it back to “pick up item” if you want to grab the Finger Maiden armor set. It’s not the greatest armor, but hey, that’ll teach Varre for calling you maidenless.

Once you get to one of these locations and soak the cloth in Maiden’s Blood for Varre in Elden Ring, you can go back to Varre to trigger the next step of his questline. He’ll also give you the Pureblood Knight’s Medal, which you can use to be granted an audience with Mohg, Lord of Blood.
