Lost Ark Secret Base Guard's Eye Sensor, Soul Left in X-301

The Lost Ark Secret Base Guard’s Eye Sensor in The Soul Left in X-301 quest is a piece of an enemy that you have to collect in order to complete one of the steps. This can get a little tricky, because the mobs that drop the Eye Sensor, aka the Secret Base Guard, do not spawn all over the map. You have to know where to find them and how often they appear in order to farm them efficiently. That’s why we’ve put together this guide to help you out. Lost Ark The Soul Left in X-301

The Soul Left in X-301 quest in Lost Ark requires you to find the Secret Base Guard’s Eye Sensor eventually, but it begins at Diego’s Mom in Starlight Isle. By that, I mean she’s the quest giver, and she gives you Favreau’s second entry, which you need to read in order to kick off the quest proper. Get onto your ship and follow it to Facility X-301 (as marked on the map).

Once you get to the facility, things are fairly simple. You just have to follow the quest marker from place to place and NPC to NPC. The only exception is the step where you have to repair B-0031. For that, you’ll need a Steel Diver’s Arm Circuitry, a Steel Diver’s Joint Rivet, and the Secret Base Guard’s Eye Sensor. Steel Divers are easy enough to find, but the Eye Sensor, not so much, which brings us to our next point.

Where to Find Lost Ark Secret Base Guard’s Eye Sensor

To find the Secret Base Guard’s Eye Sensor in the Lost Ark Soul Left in X-301 quest, you need to look in the three locations we’ve marked below. These mobs spawn every two to five minutes, and be sure to go over to all three locations every time to see where the monster is. Incidentally, you can’t miss them; they’re hulking robots with tanks on their backs wielding what seems to be a battering ram with a giant blade in the front. Fight them until you get the eye sensor, then go and repair B-0031.

From there, things return to being straightforward. Just follow the quest markers, and you’ll be fine. The quest ends with visiting Lena at Starlight Isle, where you can get another quest. Your reward for completing The Soul Left in X-301 is 155 Roster XP, 427 Silver and 2 Lavish Harmony Leapstone Chests. These contain 10 Perfect Harmony Leapstones each.
