How to Play with Friends Lost Ark Co Op

To play Lost Ark with friends in co op, you first have to complete the prologue. This takes about half an hour, give or take, but you do have to trudge through it alone. Once that’s over and done with, you can finally invite people to join you. The first step to that is to click the Community button in the bottom left of the screen, and then click Friends (or just hit the “U” key by default). In the little Friends side window, click the Request tab, then the Friend Request button in the bottom.

Enter your friend’s name in the search bar and click OK. By name, I mean you need to know what their in-game character is called. This sends a friend request. Wait for them to accept it and come online, then click the Friends tab in the same menu where you sent the request. Next, to play Lost Ark with friends in co-op, find their name in the list, right-click it, and click Party Invite. Boom, you’re now partied up and can play together. However, keep in mind that they do have to be online in order for you to party up. It makes sense, but bears mentioning.

Another thing that we do have to bring up is that there doesn’t seem to be any way to find each other quickly. As in, you don’t magically teleport to each other’s side instantly. So, just agree on where you’re gonna meet up beforehand or something. If you want to know how to leave a party (or kick someone out), head over to our How to Leave Party guide.
