Where to Find Wurmple in Pokemon Legends Arceus

To find a Wurmple location in Pokemon Legends Arceus, you need to look for the adorable, pinkish caterpillar-like creature in its natural habitat. At time of writing, the one place where we’ve found it is in Horseshoe Plains. There are other places where they appear, I’m certain, but Horseshoe Plains is an area that you can get to very early in the game. Best of all, Wurmple seems to be pretty docile. You can capture it by stealthily chucking a Poke Ball at it. At least, that has worked perfectly well for us. Feel free to share your experiences below. So, that’s basically how to get or how to catch Wurmple in Pokemon Legends Arceus. But, what’s the rush, I hear some of you ask. Well…

You need to find the location of Wurmple in Pokemon Legends Arceus early on because of the Wurmple Can Evolve request, aka side quest. You can get it from one of the guards in Jubilife Village called Beauregard. We’ll provide his location in the image below. Once you manage to capture a Wurmple, head back to the village and talk to Beauregard again. Select the Pokemon from your inventory, confirm that you want to give it away, and you’re done. He’ll even let you name the creature; you’ll get to choose between three adorable names: Beauticia, Beautifred and Beaugene. Overall, it’s an easy request to do once you know how to get and catch Wurmple.
