Forza Horizon 5 Smash Chinese Lanterns in Dunas Blancas, Light The Beacons

To complete the Light the Beacons challenge, you need to find their locations and smash fifty Chinese lanterns in Dunas Blancas. Dunas Blancas is the desert area in the west of the map; it’s easy to find the region, since it’s fairly large. Once you get there, you’ll have to scour the desert, then find and run over fifty Chinese lanterns. This is a much bigger nightmare than you could imagine. For one, the lanterns are difficult to spot, especially during the day. The lanterns are white, and the sand is very bright. To make things worse, everyone and their mother is trying to do this at the same time. It’s a mess, but fortunately, there’s a way to get around it completely.

The first thing you need to do to easily complete the Smash Chinese Lanterns in Dunas Blancas Light The Beacons Forza Horizon 5 challenge is to go into Horizon Solo and find the location of one of them. Or, even better, find a cluster of them and use one of the dunes to ram into them. Yes, you need to go offline; trust me, it will make your life so much easier. Then, once you smash one or more lanterns in one go, immediately rewind. Go through the process again, then rewind once more. Rinse and repeat for as long as it’s necessary to complete the task. Yes, it’s not super-legit, and yes, it’s gonna be a drag going through the whole process for ages. However, it’s the far superior alternative compared to scouring the desert with twenty other people competing with you.
