How to Fix COD Warzone Keeps Restarting on Xbox

To fix the issue where COD Warzone keeps restarting on Xbox, there are a few steps that you need to follow. However, one thing that I have to bring up is that you should avoid pressing the Xbox home button twice while you’re in the game. That has apparently been one of many sources of the game crashing, so it might be the reason why Warzone keeps restarting for you. It’s not the only thing that is currently causing crashes, because the game is in about as disastrous a state as Activision itself, so let’s get back to the fixes.

First off, you can try and restart the game. It might not work if you do it just once, so do it a couple of times. That seems to fix it for some people. Another thing that apparently helps is getting the Xbox Live Gold subscription and/or the Game Pass. I have no clue why that works, but apparently it does. Another fix for when COD Warzone keeps restarting on Xbox is to clear your local save data and reboot your console, as in do the full power cycle. While you’re at it, reinstalling the game can fix it sometimes. Lastly, turn off on-demand texture streaming.

Unfortunately, none of these fixes are guaranteed to work. Again, the game is just not in good health at the moment, and there’s not much any of us can do about it. It’ll have to be Raven Software that actually takes care of all the problems. Luckily, they’re very much aware of the game’s state, so hopefully, we’ll get some meaty patches soon.

    Solution: Stop playing warzone.

It’s just a bug infested game with no support behind it (maybe a patch team). I refuse to buy Xbox gold to play a free game (that seems to be a solution)…

I don’t understand why it restarts the moment I’m searching for a match on Xbox one X, also tried my old Xbox one, that completely crashes, but my girlfriend her account on the same old Xbox has 0 issues loading and finding a match? The game has been close to unplayable in a good month now
