How to Get the XP Boards on the Roof
Forza Horizon 5 has a lot of tricky tasks to undertake, and one thing many players want to know is how to get the XP boards on the roof. As no car currently drives up walls, it can seem like an impossible task. You may be trying to find ramps to jump up or alternate routes. Luckily, it is much simpler than you think. Read on as we discuss how to get the XP boards on the roof in Forza Horizon 5.
XP boards are like advertising hoardings that you would see on roads and on rooftops. In Forza, some of them have XP points advertised. You need to drive through the board to claim the points. Some of them can be in hard-to-reach places. Some of them are just impossible.

The trickier ones are the XP boards placed on the rooftops. Getting them does not involve skillful driving or finding a winding route to the rooftops. The first thing you need to do is place the car in first-person mode. Many people forget this even exists in Forza, but it does suit some drivers.
Once you have this, drive your car under the sign. This will only work if it has a roof above that the car can land upon. Make sure the vehicle is facing outwards towards the road.
After this, pause the game. You then need to reset the car’s position from this menu. This involves either pressing X or left on your D-pad.
The car should now reset its position. Instead of landing on the ground, it will drop onto the rooftop. From here you can collect the XP boards on the roof then drive back to the road. It is not known if this works on other signs, but it does work on this one. If you still find yourself stuck, this video from Reddit user Daltonsweekly shows you how to do it.
