Souvenir Chocolates ACNH - How to Invite Villagers to Happy Home Paradise Islands
Animal Crossing New Horizon players have a lot reasons to be happy lately. Not only has a massive free 2.0 update been released, but the Happy Home Paradise paid DLC as well. Taken together, these amount to a huge number of new things which you can now do in the game. We’ve already written about many of these, but today, we’d like to tackle how you can use souvenir chocolates to invite your Villagers to the Happy Home Paradise Islands. Doing this will allow you to spend a whole day with a friend of your choice, and open up some new possibilities as well. In this Souvenir Chocolates ACNH – How to Invite Villagers to Happy Home Paradise Islands guide, we will go over this entire new system, and explain how you can invite them and where you can get the souvenir chocolates.
How to Get Souvenir Chocolates in Animal Crossing
To be able to use this system, you will first need to have updated the game to version 2.0 and to have purchased and installed the Happy Home Paradise Islands DLC. If you are having problems doing either of these, we have great guides on how to start the 2.0 update and how to start the HHP DLC. The Souvenir Chocolates themselves are easy to get. They can be bought in Lottie’s office. A single box of chocolates costs 800 Poki, and buying three at once will cost you 2,000 Poki.
How to Invite Villagers to Happy Home Paradise Islands
Once you have the chocolates in your inventory, go back to your island. Find and approach a Villager that you would like to invite. When you start a conversation with them, you can offer them the chocolates. You will then travel back to the Happy Home Paradise Islands with this character. The next time you speak with them while they are there, they will be so happy that they will ask that you design a vacation home for them on the Happy Home Paradise Islands. One final thing to note here is that each character will only visit for 24h. After they leave, if you want them to return, you will need to re-invite them again by gifting them more souvenir chocolate.
