To change the units from MPH to KMH in Forza Horizon 5, open the menu and go into Settings. You can do this from the main menu, but you can also make the switch in the middle of a race. Anyways, once you get into the Settings, scroll down until you come across the “Units” option. There, you can switch between three options – Default, English, and Metric. Of course, the option you want to get kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour is Metric. Click the Back button, then Save and Continue, and boom, you’re done. You can always revert to miles per hour (or crumpets per corgis, if you prefer English units), by following the same steps.
