I found all the items marked on the map but the game didnt give me the plans. Am I doing something wrong or is it just a bug? I know the game has bugs like that because I cant get the Gun Swords because 2 of my contacts wont appear for me to complete them
I went to the blue hole and got the plan there, and when i got into my ship to do the upgrade, I found that I had the Hull upgrade from this location as well. Strange.

What plan did you get? Some people report similar problem but with The Blue Hole (471,170) Location.
I had the same thing happen as Lewi, I didn’t get any plans. Are you by chance on the X1/PS4 version?
