The early access of Lost Judgement has launched today on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X for those of you that have shelled out the extra money for the Digital Deluxe or Digital Ultimate editions of the game. Well, things are going relatively smoothly on Xbox, but on PlayStation, well, the road is significantly bumpier. In fact, a lot of people are having trouble with the Lost Judgement early access not downloading on PS4 and PS5. So, what gives?

The issue has struck PlayStation players all across the world, first hitting those in New Zealand and Australia, where it seems that the downloads don’t work almost at all. If nothing is changed in time, this will also impact the rest of the world. Well, if you’re one of the people that’s using an Australian account to get things early, you might have met this wall already.

Well, fortunately, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. According to the RGG Studio is aware of the Lost Judgement early access not downloading on PS4 and PS5 and, according to this tweet, they’re working on fixing the problem. Is the situation ideal? Definitely not; you want to have early access working like a charm if you put it behind a paywall. These people have given you more money to get in early, they should be able to play. But, well, they acknowledged the problem and are working on it. Hopefully, they’ll take care of the situation soon.
