To find the locations of Aranka & Thall in Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous Starward Gaze, you need to find the NPCs in the correct order. By that, I mean that Thall won’t reveal his real identity until you find and talk to Aranka. To do that, travel to and enter Arendae Party House. Head into what I can only describe as a banquet hall. There’s a stage in the corner with several musicians. Aranka is the person in the blue dress. She might be a little reluctant to admit her true identity, but trust us, it’s her.

You have to talk to Aranka to progress the quest, and while you’re at it, make sure to get her shawl. Now it’s time to find Thall. He’s actually hanging out in Market Square, on the corner of a destroyed street in the north of the area. When you mouse over him, it probably won’t show his actual name. Rather, it’ll probably something like Kenabres Crusader. However, when you talk to the NPC, he’ll notice Aranka’s Shawl and reveal his true identity.
