The Psychonauts 2 Lili Fungus location is the place where you need to go to find the mushroom and complete Lili’s side quest. Basically, she asks you to find a special mushroom for the secret garden she’s tending. Of course, there are a few potential problems here. How to Get Rare Fungus for Lili in Psychonauts 2

To get the rare fungus location for Lili in Psychonauts 2, the first thing you need to know is that you’ll need the Time Bubble ability. If you don’t have it yet, proceed through the story until you unlock it. For our purposes here, we’re going to assume that you have unlocked the necessary skill. Next off, you need to begin the quest. You can do that in Chapter 2, at which point you can find Lili in The Quarry; specifically, she’s tending her garden in the Motherlobe. Talk to her to start the quest.

Now, go to the other side of the Quarry called The Questionable Area. Once you enter the zone, keep to the left until you find a “ride” called Funicular. Search the area for three cogs and collect them, then put them into the machine to repair it. Ride the Funicular all the way to the top of the mountain. To get to the Psychonauts 2 Rare Fungus location for Lili, head to the right and platform over the small obstacle course until you find a circular area right next to the waterfall.

You’ll see that there’s a part of the railing missing, and logs somehow traveling up the waterfall. So, use the Time Bubble ability and hop onto one of the logs. Ride it up and, at one point, you’ll spot a place where the waterfall separates to reveal a hidden cavern. Hop inside and interact with the big shiny purple mushroom. All that’s left to do is go back to Lili and give her the shroom to complete the quest.
