Arkham Origins Devs Happy With Product Despite Initial Resistance
It’s not too much of a stretch to say that the Arkham games have been among the very best, if not THE best, superhero games to be released on the current generation of consoles. They have defiantly been one of the most successful, scoring rave reviews from fans and critics alike.
That’s not to say that the team didn’t face it’s fair share of troubles along the way.Not only did the team meet with resistance form longtime fans, but from within their own company as well. There were concerns that they would not be able to deliver on that special experience that the first two games created, and concern that was only amplified by the fact that the game boasted not only a new development team but new voice actors as well. And while much of that skepticism has evaporated as more and more of the game was shown to the public, there are still people out there that are worried that the game will simply feel like a rip off of the previous two titles.

However, despite all this, the game’s senior producer Ben Mattes said the team is extremely happy with the final product in a resent interview with Eurogamer.
