For one, get rid of all the hostiles in the area; there are about five of them. While searching the house, you’ll realize there are no valuables. However, there are three clues that you can find to help you out, as shown below. Finding all three should show you where the loot is, so go ahead and grab it.

Where to Find Capitale in Clearing House Contract
To find Capitale in the RDR2 Clearing House contract, you have to find and open two lock boxes. The first one is near the front door of the more dilapidated house. As soon as you enter the house from the front, turn left, and you’ll spot what looks like a small fireplace. The lock box will be to the left of that fireplace, on the floor. The second one is at the bottom of the stairs. It too will be on the floor, to the right of the big fireplace. Both of these are easy to miss in the general chaos of the mission, so don’t forget to open them both.
