Lombax Praetorian Armor Set Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart
The Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Lombax Praetorian armor set is one of eight different armor sets that you can find in the game. As is the case with more than one of the armors, you find the three components (head, chest, and boots) of the Lombax Praetorian in pocket dimensions. You just have to know which ones. So, in our Lombax Praetorian Armor Set Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart guide, we’ll show you where to find the helmet, chest and boots from this set. And yes, I’m pretty certain it’s very much a reference to Doom.
Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Lombax Praetorian Armor Set Boots Location
The location of the Lombax Praetorian Armor Set boots in Rift Apart is inside a pocket dimension you enter from Savali. The rift that you need to use to access the pocket dimension is in the southeast of the map (exact location in the image below), between two ornate pillars. After you’ve crossed the rift, you’ll have to solve the platforming puzzle to get to the end of the path, where the armor pod lies. This is the case in pretty much all pocket dimensions. In this case, you’ll have to do some serious platforming across a series of wall pads. It might require a few attempts, but you’ll get it eventually.
Where to Find Lombax Praetorian Armor Set Helmet in Rift Apart
To find the helmet from the Lombax Praetorian armor set in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, the first step is to enter the rift in the south of Torren IV (location in the image below). Walk to the edge of the water and smack the multi-eyed… thing to get some snails to fall out. Get on one of them and drive them into the water and to the right, up the ramp. Basically, all you have to do at this point is to go drive the snail up around in a circle and gather enough speed to get across the long ramp and onto the platform that the armor pod is on.
How to Get Lombax Praetorian Armor Set Chest in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart
To get the Lombax Praetorian chest armor in Rift Apart, you need to access the pocket dimension through the rift in the south of Viceron (location in the image below). As we’ve already established, every one of these dimensions is a platforming challenge, and this one is no exception. Specifically, in this pocket, you’ll have to contend with a combination of wall-running, snail-riding, and rappelling through the gold rifts. At the end, you’ll have to grab onto a rappel point and it’ll spin and catapult you to the armor pod platform. It might take you a few tries, but you’ll get it soon enough.
