Cyberpunk 2077 Ghost Town - Call Panam Bug Solution
Ghost Town is a main mission in Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a quest that begins by talking to Rogue in the Afterlife, and paying through the nose for her to put you in touch with Panam. If you don’t have the 15k eddies she requires, you’ll have to come back at a later time. When she gives you Panam’s number, you’ll have to call her – this is where the troubles start for many. Panam not answering
The bug manifests itself in Panam not answering the phone when you call her. Some say this is due to you being in a danger zone when trying to make the call, but we’ve heard of it happening from within the Afterlife as well.
The only solution we know of, which seems to have worked for a lot of folks, is to reload the save before talking to Rogue, then make the call before you get up from the couch. If you call her while seated at the table with Rogue in her booth, Panam is sure to answer.

Bug is still present after the next-gen patch and the hotfix arrived. You can continue with the mission by going to Panam without calling her, but it’s not worth it: the game just breaks down slowly but surely and you’ll eventually get stuck because terminals and dialogs don’t work as expected and your phone is useless.
Not sure how I’m supposed to apply this solution, you can’t use your phone as long as you don’t stand up and you can’t trigger the phone call from the journal before standing up either.
The only way to fix this was for me to go back to a save prior to this. I called Panam immediately using the Journal when I got out of the cutscene.
I suspect that this may have to do something with the first Delamain Sidequest I completed right before this mission. Del always contacted me immediately after the cutscene ended and that’s when the bugs started to appear. I was able to jump back to a point where I didn’t complete the Sidequest yet and everything worked out.
It won’t even let me save the game and every time takemura calls it’ll freeze and I CANT DO ANYTHING uGhhh
Don’t have save to revert to can’t progress game latest patch didn’t fix…fml
There is no way to return to save.Is there any other solution?
