AC Valhalla Cultist Hideout Key - Jorvik Locked Chests

There’s a cultist hideout with a locked chest in Jorvik in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. You need three keys to open it, which isn’t all that unusual. What is unusual is that if you use Odin’s sight near the chest, the keys won’t appear. Neither will they appear if you do it again near the house. Or anywhere in Jorvik. The keys aren’t even in the city. Your chances of finding them without knowing where to look are next to nothing, which is why we’ve written this AC Valhalla cultist hideout key locations guide.

First cultist hideout chest key

The first key is to the south of the city, in Eurviscire. You’ll find it east of the Anlaf’s Lookout fast travel point, in a ruined tower. Climb all the way to the top, and you’ll find a sacrificial altar. The key will be there.

Second cultist hideout chest key location

The second key can be found in the ritual circle northwest of Jorvik, by a frozen pond past the camp. Look for cracked ice in the pond’s ice sheet, next to the wall. Break it and dive in, and you’ll find a key. Go into the circle, down the stairs between the statues, and open the door. There will be a corpse inside, and the next chest key will be on it.

Where to find third cultist hideout chest key

The last cultist hideout chest key is northeast of the city, in Dalby forest. Look for a giant tree northeast of Dobby’s Altar, and the key will be on the trunk.

It’s quite an adventure, and the reward is hardly commensurate – it’s a tungsten ingot. It’s a nice thing to have, but hardly justifies trekking across the whole area and solving several puzzles to get it.
