Where to Find Necklace in Cow’s Stomach – AC Valhalla Lunden Mystery

To find the necklace in the cow’s stomach in the AC Valhalla Lunden Mystery, you actually have to catch a fish; a pollock, to be exact. I don’t know why the woman mentions a cow. It might be some kind of metaphor or idiom that I’m unaware of. Either way, go to the end of the jetty and use your Odin’s Vision to highlight the fish in the river. Then, use either a bow and arrow or the fishing line to catch them. We got the necklace from the first pollock we caught, so maybe you only need to get one, but maybe we just got lucky.

Basically, you can shoot one fish, check whether the necklace is on its body, then rinse and repeat. Once you do have the Necklace in the Cow’s Stomach, to complete the Ac Valhalla Lunden Mystery, head back onto the jetty and talk to the woman that gave you the quest. You’ll have the choice to either give her the necklace keep it for yourself and sell it later. Whatever you choose, the Last Flight of the Gyldan Sparrow Lunden Mystery ends here.

AC Valhalla Lunden Mystery – How to Start Necklace in Cow’s Stomach World Event

To start the Necklace in Cow’s Stomach Lunden world event in AC Valhalla (actually called Last Flight of the Gyldan Sparrow), you have to walk onto the jetty south of the Temple of Mithras. You’ll see a group of people talking, and one of the women has a speech bubble above her. Talk to her, and she’ll tell you about some treasure under the water. So, use Odin’s Vision to find the little glowing things below. Dive in, and open both chests to get resources and the waterlogged note. Take the note back to the woman on the jetty, and talk to her again. This is where the cow’s stomach conundrum happens.

Ah, well… Now I feel awful for slaughtering all the cows in the village south of the sunken ship. Hopefully the villagers understand the Creed; “everything is permitted”.

The reason why she mentions the cow and the stomach is because there is note inside the sunken ship just southwest of the quest giver in the harbor. The note says (someone she knows on the ship presumably) is complaining about a fellow shipgoer taking more than his share of treasure while the note-writer is not looking, so the note-writer hid his treasure in a cow’s stomach. This information, once the note is read and it is passed along to the quest giver, is why she mentions a cow’s stomach. Because the treasure was inside a live cow (they eat everything fyi) and the ship sunk and the people/animals that are dead are eaten by the fish. Therefore, the fish that ate the cow and its stomach will also have the necklace inside it.
