End Date of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Beta

The COD Black Ops Cold War Beta end date has been moved to October 20th. Things will wrap up at 10 AM Pacific Time, so that’s one whole extra day to mess around. The additional 24 hours are a reward from the developers. Players have been getting coded emails from them during the beta, and if you solved them, you’d get different access codes, website links, and phone numbers, all pieces of a bigger puzzle. Only if the community rallied together would they be able to solve it and win the prize.

Well, that’s exactly what people did, hence one more day to enjoy the mayhem before the game comes out. Even if you haven’t been playing the beta until now and didn’t participate in cracking the code, you can still join in. It’s currently available on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 4, and features several returning modes, as well as some brand new ones. The modes making a comeback include Team Deathmatch and Kill Confirmed, while the new ones are VIP Escort and Fireteam. The latter is particularly chaotic, with ten teams of four players try to outgun each other, with tanks, helicopters and other vehicles thrown into the mix.

And, well, there you have it, that’s all you need to know about the new COD Cold War Beta End Date. The full game launches on November 13th. You’ll be able to play it on PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S. Until then, enjoy the extra 24 hours of beta.
