Yakuza: Like a Dragon System Requirements Revealed
Yakuza fans from Japan have had access to Like a Dragon since January 16th, and even then, the game was only out on PlayStation 4. The time of the worldwide launch is nearly upon us, however, and with it, a wider selection of platforms that you can play this title on. Since that includes PC, we finally get to see the minimum requirements and recommended specs for Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
As you might imagine, the demands that the new game will present to your system will be higher than the previous installments. For example, Yakuza 0 only required 4GB of RAM, while Yakyza: Like a Dragon needs 8GB of RAM. That said, if you have an even remotely modern setup, you probably won’t have much trouble. Quick reminder, Yakuza: Like a Dragon will launch worldwide on November 10th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Confusingly, the PlayStation 5 version will come out significantly later, on March 2nd, 2021. On the bright side, those of you that purchase a PS4 version, digital or physical, you’ll get a free upgrade to the PS5 version.
I don’t know for certain whether there will be something similar on Xbox One and its newer counterpart. Then again, if you’re gonna get it on the Xbox Series X, why would you get it on the “inferior” console? Both versions are launching on the same day anyway, unlike in the PS4 / PS5 situation.
