News about The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope
As you probably already know, the Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope is due to be released this summer (2020). However, did you know that you can now see a new trailer? And another insider’s info – there will be returning modes from the first game, Man of Medan!
The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of stand-alone, cinematic horror games. The games will suck you into their horror plots bringing an exciting experience for each player. The games that form the Anthology are unconnected as each one brings a new story to life. Each one also features a new cast of characters, adding to their uniqueness.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope is the second story in The Dark Pictures Anthology series. The reason why this story is called Little Hope is that things get dire when four college students and their professor are trapped in a gloomy town. To make things even stranger, they are trapped by a curious fog that disables them from finding a way to escape. Evil forces hide in this fog and lurk behind every corner, dragging the protagonists’ souls to hell.
“We’re really excited to talk more about Little Hope! As the second chapter in The Dark Pictures Anthology, Little Hope is an all new and disturbing story for players to experience. Whether they are playing alone or with friends we can’t wait for players to get their hands on the Little Hope this summer“, said Pete Samuels, CEO of Supermassive Games and Executive Producer of The Dark Pictures.
As a player, you can choose to be one of the five main characters. This is a new cast, so it brings a fresh perspective and novelty to the game. Multiple storylines await for you, leading to different paths and endings every time you play the game. There are multiple modes to choose from – the Shared Story mode, the Movie Night mode, the Theatrical Cut, and the Curator’s Cut. The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will launch this summer 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Digital.
