RE3 Remake First Safe Code Puzzle
To solve the Downtown Safe Puzzle in Resident Evil 3 Remake, you have to exit the room with the safe through the second door, not the one you walked in through from Moon’s Donuts. Watch out, there’s a zombie that’ll come around the corner. Before that, though, you can check out the diary next to the safe to find a hint as to what you’re looking for. Exit the room through the white door after killing the zombie, then head through the door on the right.
You’ll find yourself on a fire escape, so head down the stairs on the right. Across the street, you’ll see the Redstone Pharmacy. Go inside the pharmacy and all the way to the left. You’ll find the Aqua Cure poster, with certain numbers circled and with arrows above them. That’s your safe combination (9 Left – 1 Right – 8 Left before patch 1.03; 9 Left – 3 Right – 7 Left post-patch). Basically, just follow the instructions from the poster to unlock the safe.
Where to Find RE3 Remake Aqua Cure Safe?
To find the Aqua Cure Safe in Resident Evil 3 remake, proceed through the game until you get to the small “mall” area downtown. Head towards the Moon’s Donuts sign, and head up the metal stairs on the right. Proceed across the catwalk until you reach the ornate, blueish-greenish door. Head inside, and you’ll be right where you need to be; the safe is right in front of you, as is the diary with the clue.
From there, you should just follow the steps we’ve described above. Once more for the cheap seats in the back: through the white door, to the right and through another ornate door, down the fire escape stairs, into the pharmacy across the road, find the combination on the Aqua Cure poster.
