DBZ Kakarot Frozen Rabbit Meat is an item that you can find in the game and bring it to Chi-Chi in one of the quests, used as a cooking ingredient. To obtain the Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Frozen Rabbit Meat, you need to break specific blocks of ice using you Ki Blasts. However, if you don’t know what you’re looking for, you can easily miss them. Where to Find Frozen Rabbit Meat in DBZ Kakarot?

To find the Frozen Rabbit Meat in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot for Chi-Chi, the first thing to do is go to the Darlinge Polynya North Mountains Area. The location is pretty small, and consists mostly of the large lake in the center of the map. All you have to do is fly around the lake and find the ice pillars. Destroy them using Ki Blasts, and they’ll drop the Frozen Rabbit Meat for you. There’s no other way to do this; don’t waste your time looking for actual rabbits, there aren’t any.

There are three locations of the Frozen Rabbit Meat-bearing ice pillars. The first one is in the wooded patch east of the lake, northwest of the town. The second one is to the west of the first one, on the other side of the lake. Lastly, the third one is to the north, on top of a cliff, near the Mineral Deposit symbol on the map. You’ll need only two, but you can get the extra one as well, just in case.

Side note: there is also a quest that you can get from Master Roshi at the Kame House that rewards you with, among other stuff, two hunks of Frozen Rabbit Meat. However, the recommended level for it is 45, and god knows when it unlocks. Best you just get them from the ice blocks in Darline Polynya.
