What to Do With Destiny 2 Vex Mind Components – How to Use?

To use the Vex Mind Components in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, you have to hand them over to Ikora Rey, and receive the Vex weapon artifacts in return. However, at the time of writing, Ikora doesn’t have anything interesting to say about the Vex Mind Components currency. Regardless of whether you actually have it or not, Ikora doesn’t seem remotely interested in them. So, what gives? Is this a bug of some sort? What is actually going on? What do you do with the Vex Mind Components in Destiny 2?

Well, as it turns out, it seems that you’ll have to wait until October 5th, and for the Season of the Undying to kick off properly. Once that happens, the Vex Invasion Zone, which is in Hellmouth, on the Moon, is gonna unlock. That’s when the Vex Mind Components will also activate; then, you’ll be able to talk to Ikora and exchange the currency for Vex weapon artifacts. So, yeah; that’s basically all there is to it. Just wait for the Season of the Undying in order to use the Vex Mind Components. Do not get rid of them just because you can’t use them now.
