Where to Find Fortbyte 17 Inside Wooden Fish Building Location in Fortnite?

To find Fortbyte 17 in Fortnite BR, you’ll first have to find the Wooden Fish Building. This is somewhat easier said than done, as it’s impossible to tell which one it is on the map screen. So, where is one to find this Wooden Fish Building? Well, east of Lazy Lagoon, in quadrant G2, there are four lakes. If you zoom into the bottom left one, you’ll see a large wooden structure. Mark the rightmost part of the building, and wait for the bus.

Now that we know where to look, drop out of the bus when you’re close to your mark. As you descend, you’ll fairly quickly see that this wooden structure is, in fact, in the shape of a fish. You’ll want to land on the ramp forming the tail of the fish. Destroy that ramp, and drop down. Then, drop down another level. As you descend the lower ramp, you’ll easily spot Fortbyte 17. So, simply approach it and collect it. Mind you, there’s likely gonna be a bunch of people hunting for the same thing initially, so keep your wits about you.

Fortbyte #17 comes along with new weekly challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale; Week 2 of Season 9, to be exact. Our Fortnite Visit Oversized Phone, Big Piano, & Giant Dancing Fish Trophy covers one of them; so, if you need help figuring that one out, feel free to saunter over there and check it out.
