Devil May Cry 5 Bloody Palace Now Open for Optimal Carnage
The Bloody Palace mode is now available in Devil May Cry 5, for the most hardcore of players. As is tradition since Devil May Cry 3, it will feature 101 floor. Of course, the enemies you face will become more brutal as you clamber up the Palace. Also, you have to complete the game on Human or Demon Hunter to access the Bloody Palace.
Yes, indeed, the Bloody Palace, one of the most beloved modes in the DMC franchise, has now opened its doors in Devil May Cry 5. It offers 101 floors of increasingly brutal battles, and only the greatest will be able to reach the top. One very important thing to note here, though. If you want access to the Bloody Palace, you’ll have to beat the game in either Human or Demon Hunter mode. And, well, considering the challenges you’re likely to come against in the mode, it’s probably for the best. It’ll make you appropriately grizzled for the trials you’ll have to face.
In case you don’t know what the hell I’m talking about, let’s get you up to speed. As a mode, Blood Palace has been around since Devil May Cry 2. In DMC 2 and 3, it had a ridiculous 9999 floors. Since DMC 3, though, they toned it down to 101. As I’ve mentioned, as you climb through the floors, the enemies become increasingly more difficult to kill. So, this mode is really going to test your skills to the utmost degree. You’ll need to truly be among the best to reach the top. Luckily, you can play as any of the three characters, so make sure to pick the one you’re most comfortable with.
If you’re still not sold on the absolute spectacle of mayhem that the Bloody Palace is, just take a look at the trailer below. So, if you’re feeling up to the challenge, and have completed the game on either Human or Demon Hunter, make sure to download the free Bloody Palace DLC and get your demon slaying on.
