Sonic the Hedgehog Humble Bundle is the Fastest Thing Alive
Hey, kid, you wanna go fast? Ask your doctor if the Sonic the Hedgehog Humble Bundle is the right thing for you. If you’re a fan of Sonic, then it absolutely is. You can get a whole bunch of Sonic games for a pittance. Plus, you’ll be supporting charities, which is always a good thing. Some of the games in the bundle includes Sonic Forces, Sonic Mania, Sonic Adventure DX, and way more.
Sonic the Hedgehog, as you probably already know, is getting his own live-action movie. I can’t believe it any more than I’m sure most of you can. Still, the blue hedgehog has managed to keep a secure and rabid fanbase that stuck by the character through the likes of Sonic ’05 and Rise of Lyric. I’m certain the movie will have its audience. Either way, I assume in order to promote the movie, Sega has partnered with the Humble Store to bring you the Sonic the Hedgehog Humble Bundle.
First off, let’s go through the lowest tier; the one you get if you pay $1 or more. There’s a total of six items in this tier: Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I, Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic CD, Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, Sonic Adventure 2, and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle DLC. Plus, you get 10% off your first Humble Monthly, if you want one. Then, there’s the second tier, “Pay More than the Average” (currently standing at $7.13 or €6.27). This tier gets you four things: Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection, Sonic Lost World, Sonic Generations Collection, and Sonic the Hedgehog 4 – Episode 2. The final tier unlocks if you pay $15 (or around €13.18), and you get Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces in it.
As is always the case with Humble Bundles, the profits are split between the developers and charities. In this case, the charities are Extra Life, Willow Foundation, Access Sport. Or, you can choose a charity you like best. So, yeah, if you’re a huge Sonic fan and want to get a whole bunch of his games on the cheap, plus do a little good in the world, then this Humble Bundle is for you. At the time of writing, you have thirteen days to grab it.
