Thronebreaker, the single player offshoot from Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, is now available on PC. Since it’s a CDPR game, you can only get it via their platform, GOG.com (or GOG Galaxy, if you will). The price at the moment is $30, which, you know; not a bad price for a newly-released full game. Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, the director of the game, is really proud it, saying: “Today is the day I’ve been looking forward to for a while. The team has poured much love, passion and hard work into making Thronebreaker a true-born RPG, and a Witcher world adventure to boot. I hope that players will enjoy the experience we’ve prepared for them — from the mature, choice-driven tale it tells, to the characters they’ll meet on their journey, to challenging puzzles and story-driven battles.”

Oh, and, as for all you console players, don’t worry. You guys are going to get your version of Thronebreaker, it’ll just take a little over a month longer. Specifically, the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will come out on December 4th. Oh, the preorders for the console versions of Thronebreaker are already up for pre-orders, if you want to grab your copy fresh and early. Incidentally, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales comes with a bunch of digital goodies. These include “the official game soundtrack and concept art, digital versions of GWENT: Art of The Witcher Card Game artbook and The Witcher graphic novel Fox Children from Dark Horse, as well as player titles, avatars, and card kegs for GWENT: The Witcher Card Game.”
