Far Cry 3 The Social Club is hidden story quest you can do while doing main story quests. It has three parts, and every part can be done after you save one of your friends and upon leaving them in Dr.Earnhardt’s cave.

You can do them one by one, after saving Liza, Oliver and Keith, or just all three of them at once after you save Keith. Be on alert, if you leave cave after saving Keith you wont be able to access them anymore.
Where to start this quests.
After you save one of your friends leave them in the cave you can find a red pill in the brown bowl in front of the cave. After interacting with it you will find start hallucinating. The hallucination will take you to club in Bangkok, where all three quests takes place.

The Social Club after saving Liza.
First part of The Social Club can be accessed right after the main story quest Keeping Busy and at the start of the Meet Citra main story quest. The hallucination takes you to a table where everyone are sitting and having fun. At some point you get up and Grant gives you money to buy everyone a drink. You need to approach and interact with bartender at a bar in order to get the drinks. Your friends will join you soon after and you make a toast to Riley and his pilot license.

The Social Club after saving Oliver.
The second part of The Social Club can be accessed right after the main story quest Saving Oliver and at the start of Piece of the Past main story quest. The hallucination takes you to a podium near the bar where you ordered drinks and where you dance with your friends. Soon enough you will receive objective Find Riley in the club. Start your search for Riley by going to the lower level of the club. You can dance with hot girl at the middle of the dance floor if you like. You will hear some people saying that some Americans are starting problems in the bathroom. As you head to the bathroom you will meet your friend Dj Raiden, who will confirm that your friends are straight ahead. Upon entering the bathroom you will find your friend and brother in a fight with some locals. You are able to stop them, but just barely.
The party continues.

The Social Club after saving Keith.
The third part of The Social Club can be accessed right after the main story quest Unhappy Reunion and at the start of This Knife’s For You. The hallucination takes you to the main club dance floor. This part doesn’t have any objectives, and in it you need to follow the flow. At start press the button that appears on screen to dance. Soon enough the locals you had pleasure to meet in bathroom will start a fight and you will need to fight wone of them. Knocking one of them out will initiate next scene where Dj Raiden tells you to follow him to exit. Next scene takes you to an elevator where you finally find out why you decided to parachute down to the island.
The party is in full swing.
But not for long.
Local that you need to fight with.

Beside The Social Club quests there is lots of dialog with friends you saved. It all takes place inside of cave. They are not required to complete the game but they are interesting and fun so take some time and check them out.
